IHUN is the only specialized Urology and Nephrology hospital in Egypt and the Middle East. This 100-bed hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art operating theaters and ancillary services completely dedicated to Urology. It provides superlative care to Urologic and Nephrological patients under the supervision of nationally acclaimed Urologists and Nephrologists.

Costly Soaring Monthly Energy Bills
CNX Solution:
We applied a VRF system using carefully sourced and government approved equipment allowing IHUN to minimize energy bills by at least 10%. IHUN was one of the first organization's in Egypt to install a VRF ventilation system.

Logistics Delivery Hub (Tanta)
One of multiple hubs located in Egypt, this 24/7 operational hub is the 1st and largest in the Middle East & Egypt.

Project Scope: HVAC & Firefighting Design Services
Challenges:

Busy facility with very little room for error

Unavailable underground capacity required to setup traditional water tanks for an adequate firefighting system.
CNX Solution:
We redesigned and custom built water tanks to meet the specific specifications of the facility. The titan and duct design was done in meticulously to avoid the slightest malfunctions.

NEWGIZA Sports Club is a sports & community venue that provides a holistic athletic and social experience; catering to sport and leisure aspirations.

Willows Arkan
Located in Arkan Mall in Sheikh Zayed, Willows is an cairo-based restuarant with a European flair.
Project Delivered: 2021
Project Scope: Supply and Installation of HVAC & Firefighting System
Area Size: 100 m2
Challenges:

Meet technical criteria and guidelines set out by Arkan mall.

Source specific equipment and materials which was hard to find and difficult to handle.

to meet the criteria and get Arkan's approval on the project as they have certain criteria and they look at design, execution, testing, and project management.

The initial design available for the firefighting system was problematic.
CNX Solution
We passed design, execution and testing phases with flying colors as per Arkan's guidelines. We also managed to source the necessary equipment within the same allocated project budget. Along side our value engineering team we re-designed the firefighting system to optimize performance and safety and were able to delvier the project in record time, only 2 weeks!

Rofayda Health Park
A medical campus, located in Sheikh Zayed City. Providing integrated medical services through an outpatient facility with specialized centers of excellence, a maternity hospital focusing on women and children’s health and an ophthalmology hospital.

Project Scope: Design of VRF System for Maternity Clinic
CNX Solution
Transitioning from the traditional water-cooled systems used in the hospital to a more sustainable ventilation system that is better for the environment.
In order to support Rofaida hospital's positioning in the market, maximize the quality of air for patients and protect the environment. A VRF ventilation system was successfully installed in the new building.

City View
City View is a residential compound found on Alex-Desert Road.
Project Contract: 2021
Project Scope: Design, Installation & Coordination of VRF Systems for 84 apartments
Challenges:

Lack of roof space availability for ventilation units

Existing DX units were too heavy and emit excessive amounts of noise and heat.
CNX Solution
The exterior of any building is still a space of usable square footage. VRF’s modular and compact design eliminates the bulky condensing units of traditional HVAC systems. This enables flexible design; outdoor units can be spread around a property or located together. We conducted a full study to replace the DX units and Installed a VRF ventilation system to achieving a whopping 60 percent in space savings. For City View this meant no bulky AC equipment disrupts the view allowing them to offer residents 60 percent more of their roofing space.

Managing potential savings on energy bills
CNX Solution
CNX intricately renovated and restored the existing chiller system to best optimize energy efficiency and setup an automated metering solution to allow stakeholders to best monitor and measure energy bills. Furthermore, we installed an automated notification system to monitor and report temperature fluctuations within the datacenter available on site. We now run the complete annual maintenance for the HVAC systems of the building.

Midtown Condo Compound
Midtown Condo Administrative Capital is one of the new residential projects in the New Administrative Capital, currently being delivered by Better Home. The medium-priced development offers homes where the price per meter starts from 9,000 EGP. it is in the heart of the Administrative Capital, the residential neighborhood R7, which is the best neighborhood in the Administrative Capital and located between Expo City and Al Sefarat Neighborhood, near the regional ring road and Mohammed bin Zayed South axis.

Project Scope: MEP Contracting Solutions for 16 Buildings, 8 floors

Challenges:

Equipment & labor transportation logistics for the duration of the project.

Obtaining water supply & plumbing permits to access the New Capital's water line.

In order to ensure seamless project delivery we setup base in the 5th settlement for 4 years - moving all equipment and relocating all labor near the site. (again here we need some more info on the actual project and end result or to showcase more about the project itself and how we tackled the challenges)

Located in el Zaher building in Alexandria, Barwil Egytrans is a shipping agency in the maritime transportation sector.

Project Scope: Complete MEP & Fitout Contracting
